Reiki

Reiki is an ancient art that uses the laying on of hands as a powerful healing system. Marian became a Reiki master in 1998. Since that time she has fused her Usui Reiki training with the power of crystals and the vibration of tuning forks to form her own intuitive personalized treatments. The practitioner acts as a conduit for healing energies. The stream of Reiki can repair, restructure and recharge the energy bodies. It clears stagnated areas, strengthens weakened areas and diminishes overcharged areas. With the use of symbols and hands on techniques a focused healing energy allows the client to relax, release and send the sensation of well being throughout the layers of the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Marian has been involved in energy work for much of her adult life. The Light Spirits that she has channeled since 1993 are always aligned with love, joy, compassion, appreciation, forgiveness and wonder. By letting you key into your own guidance, she allows you room to expand your consciousness and learn to create the life you desire. The Light Spirits draw from the exceptional skills that Marian has developed from years of international travel to many different cultures with learning taking place in both formal and informal studies. She has extensive bodywork practice from study and years of working as a practitioner in the States and abroad. She has completed Masters’ Degrees in Psychology and Counseling, as well as Creative Writing and Literary Criticism. She speaks four languages fluently. She has appeared on television here, in Chile and in Brazil. She is a published writer and independent recording artist.

Yoga

Marian moved from teaching step aerobics and weight training to yoga. It worked well for her to approach the body/mind/spirit connection with movement, strength and flexibility. As a teacher she guides the student to explore his/her potential without comparison or competition. When we acknowledge and honor the nuances of our growth, we nourish our souls as well as our bodies and align ourselves with well being.
